As of January 2021, restrictions still apply for outdoor events in Alabama and Tennessee to the same extent as the end of 2020. There are not size limits on outdoor events but social distancing of 6-feet is required. All Endurance Sports Management events will follow these guidelines and procedures outlined under the Covid Safety tab of our web site. As vaccines and therapeutics become more widespread by May 2021, events actually look to be more certain due to the low virus transfer seen at outdoor races with safety protocols in place. Virtual options have been added to each event should athletes choose to participate in this format.

Athletes deferring from 2020 events have been moved to 2021 events. Please go the PARTICIPANT TRACKING tab for each event to check and make sure your deferral entry is showing correctly. Notice: Please let us know in the next 30 days if you would prefer to move your entry to another 2021 ESM event. We still need to move a few Aqua-Bike folks from 2020 to 2021, so please bear with us as we get those transferred.

Endurance Sports Management offers discounts to athletes associated with USAT Clubs and Coaches. Coupon codes have been provided to USAT club administrators and USAT coaches to provide to member athletes for use during checkout of each event registered. Discounts are not combined with other offers or deals. Please have clubs or coaches contact us for details if information is needed. Discounts are a straight percentage but note races do have date-sensitive increases. Please enter prior to date price bumps / increases for the most bang for your buck.

We are looking at custom ceramic mugs for overall & age group awards at our longer events staged in conjunction with shorter event. i.e May 2 FCF 50K Trail Run, May 8 Dickson Endurance Tri, May 30 Goose Pond Half Iron, Aug. 21 FCF Half Iron, Aug. 22 FCF Half Marathon, October 4 Atomic Man Half Iron – 20th annual & Dec. 18 Rockin’ Santa Half Marathon. A Gatlinburg, TN company will create unique designs incorporating each race’s theme, location & distances. Shorter events will continue with bulk imprinted awards as in past. Please let us know your thoughts and suggestions regarding this move
Socks have been a swag perk at ESM races for many years. We’ve moved from ankle cover height socks to below ankle height socks & need your help as we begin to order over 2000 pairs for 2021 athletes. Please let us know your thoughts and opinion of what type of socks you’d like to see at upcoming races. Your responses are appreciated!

All ESM events held in 2020 reached capacity and wait lists were instituted. This was partially due to event restrictions in other states and larger urban areas. We do expect this to continue in 2021 as our more rural venues are open & others are not. Please see race size limitations noted on registration options and plan accordingly. We do expect 2021 events to reach SOLD OUT CAPACITY & wait lists will be implemented. Entry invitations will be only method to enter sold out events.
